It forms invisible film, which inhibit corrosion reaction and prevents rust formation on metal surfaces. The product is water-based and environmentally friendly. The protection works for up to 1 month, so it is suitable for use in storage and transport of metal products and semi-products. The protection does not interfere with further surface treatments Therefore, before undergoing further processing, the surface’s protection does not need to be removed.
When applying the product, we recommend removing excess liquid only if the appearance of the surface is crucial. The excess liquid can form stains, which do not reduce the effectiveness of the protection, they are only of an aesthetic nature.
Advantages over oil-based coatings: Companies are mostly using petroleum based industrial oils. They are extremely poisonous and damaging to the environment, they impair subsequent stages of metal processing (particularly laser cutting), and they make the workplace, employees’ skin, and their clothing an oily mess. Nano Coatex RPR 100 is a water-based product that is completely biodegradable, chemical-free, odorless, and does not grease the work area, clothing, or skin. It is not required to remove the protection from the surfaces prior to processing because it has no effect on subsequent processing.

Instructions
- The surface must be clean and dry without rust spots.
- Apply a thin layer of protective coating to the surface (roller or spray).
- If the appearance of the surface is important, wait 30 seconds and wipe the surface dry with a clean, dry cloth (prevent aesthetic stains).
- Protect from water and mechanical stress for at least 4 hours.
