100% BIODEGRADABLE NANO IMPREGNATIONS FOR STONE
There are a variety of mineral surface protections available on the market, each with its own set of benefits. Water repellency, UV protection, oil resistance, graffiti resistance, frost resistance, and so forth… Coatings and impregnations are the two primary technological alternatives for protection. The way the protection works is the main difference between them. While coatings protect the material’s surface, impregnations penetrate the material (3-5mm deep), bind with the material inside, and provide protection. Coatings have the drawback of having a shorter lifespan, changing the appearance and structure of the surface, and frequently containing hostile chemicals (solvents).
At Nano Coatex we have decided for impregnations using advanced nano technology with silanes. Impregnating the stone with molecules which bond to the pores and repel water and oils from within the material. All Nano Coatex Stone impregnations are free from solvents, therefore do not emit any unpleasant odor and are safe for indoor and outdoor use.
