Sprayable Epoxy Coat is used as a quick protection for the bodywork of all types of vehicles.
Sprayable Epoxy Coat is a revolutionary sprayable water-based hybrid system that consists of high-level epoxy solids and graphene. It provides a long-lasting protection (up to 3 years) to your vehicle’s exterior. Epoxy solids and nanoparticles make up a large portion of the coating, which results in a thick, unbreakable layer.

Each layer of the coating increases the gloss, chemical and scratch resistance of the surface. In doing so, it offers the coated surface the greatest protection possible from UV rays, chemicals, bird droppings, and water stains.
The protection is applied quickly and easily. Due to its water base, it is essential that the surface is well cleaned of all grease (including that in shampoos). Therefore, carefully read the application instruction.
Sprayable Epoxy Coat does not contain any solvents, acids or aggressive chemicals, so it is safe for all materials, the environment and your health.

Instructions
In order to achieve maximum efficiency and durability of protection, it is necessary to follow the application instructions carefully. The application procedure is as follows:
- The surface must be completely degreased (recommended with alcohol), especially after shampooing.

- Use a desired application process (spray-on, sponge-syringe, HVLP, Cloth-dip or roller) to apply one coat on a 2-3 m2 area (example: 2 doors or entire hood).
- Wait up to 5 minutes and buff it off with a clean dry cloth. ADVISE: waiting 2-5 minutes gives best effect.
- Repeat 1. and 2. until whole vehicle is coated.
- Second layer can be applied after 20 minutes. Maximum of 3 layers can be applied consequently.
- REMINDER:- Protect from water for 12 hours. Best 24 hours.
– Do not wash or rub the coated surface for 7 days.
Potential application processes:
- Spray-on: Spray small amount directly onto the surface from 15-20 cm and spread with applicator cloth.
- Spray on cloth: Spray 3-5 times into applicator cloth and apply in narrow lines until the cloth leaves a clearly visible wet trail.
- Sponge-syringe: Apply 5-6 drops of on a clean microfiber cloth and spread evenly over the surface.
